NOTE!
In the case of a customer ordering a part on his/her own, by selecting and specifying the desired part codes or any other attributes, our company does not guarantee and is not liable for the suitability of the customer’s self-selected part for his/her appliance, nor will the product be returned to our warehouse and the money paid for it will not be returned to us.
Therefore, when ordering a part for a household appliance, it is MANDATORY to send the part for that household appliance at the time of ordering APPLICATION (not the required part) to our e-mail address. and only after receiving our confirmation that the part you wish to receive will be suitable for your appliance – order it, in which case our company will guarantee the suitability of the part ordered and any uncertainties or problems will be clarified with the supplier.
For home delivery, please fill in the blanks.
Non-stocked, special-order items are non-returnable.
Note: Refrigeration compressors, all heating elements, thermoregulators and all other electrical goods are NOT covered by warranty.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email. a letter informing you that we have received the returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is granted, a refund will be made within a certain number of days and the credit will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the repayment is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be credited to your account.

Goods for sale
Only normal-priced items will be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchange
We will only replace goods if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same one, please email us. send an email to info@saltukas.lt and send the product to Veiverių g. 61b, Kaunas.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you bought it and it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. The gift voucher will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you bought it, or if the gift-giver sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the money to the gift-giver and they will be aware of your refund.
Returning parcels
To return the product, you should send it to Veiverių g. 61b, Kaunas.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracking service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
