In the case of a customer ordering a part on his/her own, by selecting and specifying the desired part codes or any other attributes, our company does not guarantee and is not liable for the suitability of the customer’s self-selected part for his/her appliance, nor will the product be returned to our warehouse and the money paid for it will not be returned to us.

Therefore, when ordering a part for a household appliance, it is MANDATORY to send the part for that household appliance at the time of ordering

(not the required part) to our e-mail address. and only after receiving our confirmation that the part you wish to receive will be suitable for your appliance – order it, in which case our company will guarantee the suitability of the part ordered and any uncertainties or problems will be clarified with the supplier.

Non-stocked, special-order items are non-returnable.
